To me, ARISTO RESIDENCE represents genuine creative collaboration. Throughout the design process, we worked as a unified team with architects and landscape designers, bringing together the experience of specialists from neighboring countries and farther afield. The experts translated the boldest ideas and aspirations into an elegant concept, which local engineers are bringing to life in stone, glass, and landscape. It is a valuable experience in which every participant truly feels like a co-author of a dream home.
In creating ARISTO, we are responding not so much to the desire to own a large house as to the need to live differently—at one’s own pace and surrounded by tranquility, while retaining the familiar level of comfort offered by the capital. On the one hand, residents will be surrounded by nature, the waters of the Ishim River, and their own private plots; on the other, they will have contemporary Astana with its business, educational, cultural, and social infrastructure.
Architecture of Understated Elegance
We based the community’s architectural concept on the principles of contemporary minimalism: clean lines, expressive proportions, and a harmonious combination of textures. We are creating each home as a bespoke villa with façades of natural stone and metal.
